Fox planning ‘X-Men’ TV show. ‘Cause reasons.
Is it fair for me to pin the concept of superhero over-saturation on an X-Men TV show? Naw. Not at all. But I just can’t ignite the dribbling loins of excitement in regards to this development.
‘Ms. Marvel’ scribe G. Willow Wilson taking her talents to ‘X-Men’
Ms. Marvel‘s writer is taking her talents to the X-Men Universe. Which, if her four-part X-Men run is anything like her depiction of Wolverine in Ms. Marvel, means that it is going to be fucking incredible. I WILL USE COMMA SPLICES.
Rumor: Fox is developing ‘X-Men’ live-action TV show
I’m there. I’m there. I’m comic book-adaptation’d out. (Of course I’m exempting the Marvel Studios shit from this fatigue. Because: fanboy.) I mean Fox is developing an X-Men TV show and I can’t seem to give a fuck.
‘Deadpool’ flick confirmed to be part of the ‘X-Men’ movie universe
Pretty, pretty, pretty cool. A lot of the news that comes out from Sony and Fox as they try to forge their own Marvel Cinematic Universe has me dismissively yawning like a persnickety bitch. But I can dig this. Deadpool mouthin’ off to Jimmy Mac’s Professor X? Breaking the fourth wall and talking shit about Wolverine? Sounds good.
ALEX ROSS drops new ‘CAPTAIN AMERICA’ and ‘X-MEN’ ART for Comic-Con
CONTROVERSIAL COMMENT: I think Alex Ross can sit on it. Sit on what? A fucking firecracker that I’ve tricked him into thinking is a prostate massager. I find the dude pretentious, dismissive, and the rocker (at least in the past) of a ridiculous ponytail. That batch of pointless, self-condemning hate aside, I find his artwork gnarly. Here’s some new artwork of his.
BEAST from X-MEN got that terrifying secondary mutation.
A pretty fucking gnarly rendition of Beast by Gabriele Dell’Otto.
Channing Tatum confirmed as GAMBIT for ‘X-MEN’ movies.
Channing Tatum is Gambit. Yeah, sooo. I don’t really know what to feel. I like Channing Tatum. I generally hate Gambit. The casting of one as the other confuses me. But whatever. #YOLO #MonAmi #WritingInDialectSucks
Cosplay: DARK PHOENIX from X-Men is all-consuming
Here’s some beautiful Dark Phoenix cosplay. Just Jean Grey, rocking out. Using the Phoenix Force to consume worlds, spit them out Make Scott Summers cry.
Hit the jump for the full view.
Cosplay: ROGUE from ‘X-MEN’ is my latex nirvana.
Not even fair. Not even FAIR. This Rogue cosplay knows my weakness. My glowing red dot through which the protagonist can fell me in a boss fight. Glorious, glorious latex.
Dammit.
Cosplay: Rogue and Gambit party like it’s 1996
Yeah I sort of hate Gambit as a character, but I’m totally vibing on this cosplay right here. I shall let go of my hate, my anger, my malaise. I will give into the love. Feel it. It feels like kinetic energy. In your pants.
