FOX & SONY: ANNOUNCE ALL THE COMIC BOOK F**KING SPIN-OFF MOVIES
Yeah so these two posts came up today. But I didn’t get to them! And lord fucking knows they ain’t getting their own individual posts. They’re getting post-based bunk beds! They can talk to one another. Awkwardly masturbate for the first time while splitting a room. Tell each other their hopes and dreams as they slip off into slumber. I don’t even know what the fuck I’m saying. Anyways.
The X-Men and Spider-Man companies announced a shit load of spin-off movies.
Sony EXPANDING ‘SPIDER-MAN’ FRANCHISE with ‘VENOM’ AND ‘SINISTER SIX’ flicks.
Cinematic comic book universes for all! All the universes! All the characters! ‘Cause when something is hot in Hollywood, you do the obvious. Wring the concept of all its energy, novelty, and excitement. Sony knows how Hollywood works. Sony has their hands obviously on the meat grinder.
‘AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2’ director teases potential VENOM appearance.
Not only does Amazing Spider-Man 2 exist folks, it is currently filming. Weird as Hell, right? And if you think that is intriguing, buckle up. We may have ourselves some Venomy goodness in the sequel. Either that, or Marc Webb is a mad tip teaser.
Cosplay: VENOM BODY PAINT on ONE MASSIVE MAN is gorgeously frightening.
Forget Rule 63, this dude is bringing the Venom body paint heat. And he is one massive man.
‘Chronicle Director’ Josh Trank In Talks To Do ‘Spider-Man’ Spin-Off ‘VENOM’ Well Then!
Josh Trank was the director behind the found-footage white-washed Akira flick Chronicle. (Calm down, I’m almost joking.) Now he’s in talks to lead the Amazing Spider-Man spin-off flick starring Venom.
Friday Brew Review: Porter Square Porter
When people think of Boston’s beer, they probably think of Sam Adams. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, considering that the Boston Beer Company not only helped usher in the wonderful epoch of craft brewing in which now find ourselves but also continue to produce quality products. What would be a shame is if one were to think that Sam Adams is the only worthwhile suds-soda brewed in Greater Boston.
`Cause the fact of the matter – it ain’t.
Sure, if you’ve ever visited Lord Bergeron‘s domicile, you’ve probably stumbled across Boston Beer Works or Harpoon. While these brewers are good folk, and deserving of your palate’s attention, they’re essentially part of the same crew that John Adams’ cousin rolls with. But if you’re willing to look beyond even these supporting players, you might just find another star-to-be in the cast of Boston’s Brewahs!
And that’s exactly what I’ve done.
Tonight, I’m sipping on Porter Square Porter from the up-and-coming Slumbrew.
Venom To Get His Own Marvel Event, To Lead ‘New FF’ In It With She-Hulk, X-23, Ghost Rider.
Rick Remender is awesome. He’s going to be writing another gang of off-kilter bad asses in addition to Uncanny X-Force and Secret Avengers. This ragtag batch of douches and devils will team up in an upcoming event taking place within the pages of Venom, and Remender will be sharing writing with Jeff Parker and Rob Williams.
