Universal adds ‘The Hunchback of Notre Dame’ and ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ to its cinematic universe
I don’t even know why I’m covering this. I’m, I think, I’m oddly intrigued by this upcoming disaster for the studio.

Before The Mummy has even been released, and frankly I’m wondering if it’s going to make enough money to warrant this, Universal is already announcing Bride of Frankenstein which the next installment of their “Dark Universe” cinematic…universe.
‘The Mummy’ Final Trailer: Tom Cruise and his buddy Dr. Jekyll fight monsters
The Mummy final trailer is pushing what I sort of vaguely remember was coming: an extended monsters universe. Which, uh, much like this movie, doesn’t really appeal to or excite me. But, just like this movie, I’ll probably see the flicks of this extended universe. I’m…I’m garbage.
‘The Mummy’ Trailer: An Impossible Mission By Any Other Name
Man. I like Tom Cruise. I like the Mission: Impossible movies. But if this trailer is any indication I’m pretty bummed that The Mummy has now just become another cookie-cutter Tom Cruise/Mission: Impossible jam.

Whelp, I didn’t see this coming. I mean, don’t front. You didn’t see this coming either. But I will see this movie.
