The Last of Us is asshole-clenching silly gorgeous. If this title drops this year it is easily my title of the year, and if it drops next year it is a strong reason for us to not cave in over the Mayan Apocalypse.

I was really high on The Last of Us when the first trailer dropped back in December; some of us around here weren’t. This second trailer has kept my blood flowing into all the juicy places. Played out zombies? Familiar looking protagonist? Juno Girl? I don’t care. I’m sold. Sold, sold, sold.

Trailers: Spike VGA Trailer Blow Out, Chat-Up. Come Inside!
I already claimed that Naughty Dog’s trailer for The Last Of Us was one of the best trailers of all time. Inside the comments section I got lit-up like a fuckin’ Christmas tree draped in malfunctioning lights. No problem. I stick by it! But here’s a post with all the glorious debuts and trailers from last night’s Spike VGA. Let’s shoot the shit about all of them.
Trailer: ‘The Last Of Us’ Is Naughty Dog Blitzkrieg Awesome.
‘The Last of Us’ was revealed tonight at the Spike VGA, and it turns out to be 110% Naughty Dog fucking domination. My lord. Watching it for the first time on a television, it had to be one of the best video games trailers I had ever seen. Just fucking stunning.

Teaser: PS3 Exclusive ‘The Last Of Us’ Debuting At Spike VGAs.
Sony’s teasing a PS3 title ‘The Last of Us’ with some footage of 9/11, warfare, ants, and other awfulness. It’s 45 seconds of confusing, but it’s got us all talking. Hasn’t it?
