‘Wakanda’ TV series is coming from ‘Black Panther’ director Ryan Coogler as dude inks 5-Year exclusive TV deal with Disney
After signing a 5-year exclusive deal with Disney, Ryan Coogler is developing a Wakanda TV series for Disney. Fuck yeah! I’m glad, man. Glad that no one is going to be handling the world of Black Panther other than Coogler for a while. A damn while!
‘Black Panther 2’ is dropping May 6, 2022. Coogler and Feige keeping us waiting! But okay!
Man, Black Panther 2 ain’t coming for a fucking hot minute. I mean, it makes sense. Given Ryan Coogler wanting to do it justice and there being like roughly 3,000 movies/TV shows in production. That said, I fucking want it! And apparently I’m waiting until May, 2022.
‘Black Panther’ Trailer: All Hail The King
How is this movie even fucking real, dude? I cannot wait.
[Update: No] John Boyega might be joining Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’; Moses! Moses! Finn! Finn!
If John Boyega really joins the already-stacked cast of Black Panther, I’m going to die. My fanboy-balls-brain will explode, covering the screen in joy and meat-matter.
Michael B. Jordan joins Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’ movie; this is going to own
Michael B. Jordan has been cast in the Black Panther movie, rejoining director Ryan Coogler for a third flick. Jordan rules, and I’m glad to see him putting his stamp on what appears to be a dope comic book movie. We will all forget about F4 soon enough, fictional son of Creed.
Director Ryan Coogler (‘Creed’) is co-writing Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’ movie
Ryan Coogler is objectively awesome, coming off of Creed and Fruitvale Station. We as an unwashed mass of homogenous MCU fanboy filth don’t deserve him directing a movie, but we’re getting it. And since we’re being spoiled, I suppose we might as well have Coogler co-writing the movie too.
Ryan Coogler (‘Creed’, ‘Fruitvale Station’) directing and producing TV show, ‘Minors’
I’m down for anything Ryan Coogler is attached to these days. And Coogler seems to have a good amount on his plate. The director ain’t just doing Marvel’s Black Panther, nuh-uh. He’s also joining Destin Daniel Cretto in directing the TV series Minors.
Officially Official: Ryan Coogler directing ‘Black Panther’
Man. I’ve written this post like three times. Ryan Coogler directing Black Panther. Only to have it contradicted a couple hours later, “oh no it’s not official, but it’s going to happen probably” — and then, silence. But tonight? Tonight! It’s official. So help me God.
Ryan Coogler in talks ‘Black Panther’, starring majority-black cast
Ryan Coogler is a fucking director, man. Fruitvale Station had oomph, and Creed is in my top five of the year. So I’m stoked to see him officially directing Black Panther, with word also coming that it’s going to feature a mostly-black cast. Which, makes sense, but with Hollywood, man. Who knows. Look at Exodus, or that other Egyptian nightmare movie coming.
Filmmaker Ryan Coogler (Creed, Fruitvale Station) directing Marvel’s Black Panther movie
Ah! This is a legit free agent signing for Marvel. The Studio has snagged the director of the wonderful Creed and the powerful Fruitvale Station, Ryan Coogler, to helm their Black Panther movie. Tremendous move. It’s not “official” yet, but goddamn is it ever looking close.
