‘The Lost Boys’ TV show being developed by creator of ‘Veronica Mars’ and ‘Party Down’
If it was anyone else than Rob Thomas, I would be hesitant about this news. Bringing Lost Boys to TV? Ehhh. But dude has brought us both Veronica Mars *and* Party Down (*and* iZombie, which I Haven’t watched), so I’m inclined to believe this could be good. Will I watch it? No. Could it be good? Yes.

Veronica Mars is getting a spin-off show? I didn’t see this coming! But then again, I failed as a fan and I didn’t see the movie either. Said spin-off has VM’s creator Rob Thomas involved, so I’m automatically intrigued. The fact that it’s a weird, meta-fictional take on a digital branch of the CW? Has me really interested. Just how odd shall it be?!

See! ‘Cause it’s the trailer for the Veronica Mars movie. I’m fucking stoked! Stoked! Watching the trailer reminds me of how much I used to love this show. And how long ago the show was on. Fuck, I’m getting old. Darkness, darkness. Beautiful Kristen Bell. More darkness.

‘VERONICA MARS’ MOVIE gets Kickstarted! Already passed its goal. Boom! Dynamite!
Man. I fucking needed this today. The local sports team lost one of its biggest players. Summer unemployment is looming. Google Reader is dying. Talk about stabbing my rot-gut. It appears I am not to fully despair, however. The Veronica Mars movie lives. Lives damn well. Today, series creator Rob Thomas and star Kristen Bell launched a Kickstarter to fund the son of a bitch, and ten hours later the goal had been surpassed. Well done, my friends.
‘Party Down’ Could Be Getting A Movie? Don’t Tease Me!
I didn’t know about it, but there was a fucking Party Down marathon at the Alamo Drafthouse. It appears that everything awesome occurs in that place. Well fuck. Out of this Drafthouse came not just what I assume was endless fun and excitement with the cast and shiz, but the news that there could be a Party Down movie. Lawd don’t tease me, lawd don’t tease me!
