OH GOD. How much stoic, brooding masculinity can you fit into one film? Winding Refn and Washington are going to try and find out. I hear the movie is just Denzel staring quietly into a mirror for two hours, fire in his eyes. Eventually the mirror begins to vibrate, then literally weep. It shatters. The movie ends.

Infinite sadness. Ryan Gosling and Nicolas Winding Refn will not be teaming up for Logan’s Run. I am undone with ball-shrinking sadness. They were going to be like Tim Burton and Johnny Depp! Without the suck! Like David Fincher and Brad Pitt! Without the uh, abs! Perchance they’ll reunite yet.

Even though the majority of Bovine America largely ignored Drive, its director Nicolas Winding Refn is the hotness. Bro is making moves and accumulating projects. The latest may be Button Man: The Killing Game, a movie whose name is as cumbersome as its premise is dope.

I have a broner for Nicolas Winding Refn, though I don’t think I’m alone in this blood-rerouting situation. So when someone tells me he is going to produce a Maniac Cop prequel, I say word. Word, word!
The Weinstein Company Digital Label Picks Up ‘Only God Forgives’, Next Movie From ‘Drive’ Team of Gosling and Refn.
Drive. You know, *that* movie. Made the ladies swoon and the dudes wish they could smolder. Actually, it also made the dudes swoon and the ladies smolder. Pretty much everyone who saw it that I’ve came across totally rubbed their groins against the back of a chair after seeing it. Anyways! Fucking anyways. Drive‘s tandem of director Nicolas Winding Refn and actor Ryan Gosling are making a new flick together, and it was dropped by FilmDistrict, the distributor of the Drive. No fucking worries.
Nicolas Winding Refn’s Remake Of ‘Logan’s Run’ Gets A Writer. Nice.
Nicolas Winding Refn can do whatever he wants. I’ll be there. Arms wide open. Drive was a male-ovaries swelling ballad of art house destruction and sheen, and after that flick I’m ready to pick up whatever he’s putting down. He’s involved with a Logan’s Run remake which has recently picked up a writer.

A lot of the minds behind OL have a serious crush on Ryan Gosling and director Nicolas Winding Refn. While the Coops has long since known Refn was legit, Rendar and myself were recently converted via Bronson. So while I don’t make a habit of posting posters for random movies, fuck it.
