Punisher Netflix Series confirmed for 2017; cast additions announced
Netflix has finally gone ahead and ended the speculation surrounding the release date of the fuckin’ Punisher series. Netflix is dropping the son of a bitch in 2017, which, uh, we all sort of thought. Not only that, though! Not only that. A couple of cast announcements have dropped, too.

Today, Netflix revealed the official release date for its Iron Fist. That’s right, no sooner hath the Luke Cage binges finished, has the next Netflix series been dated. So get ready! And clear your schedule for March 17, 2017.

North Korea launches Netflix-like streaming service, ‘Manbang’
So, North Korea is launching their own streaming service. Cool, cool? It’s called Manbang. Oh. Cool, cool? Like — I’m certainly curious enough about the sort of streaming service that the name evokes, but I don’t think…I don’t think what populates my mind is what they’re going for. Manbang!

Going to have to wait a long time for that follow-up to Jessica Jones and Daredevil and the premiere of Punisher. 2018, to be exact. Makes sense though, what, with Defenders coming next year. And the series ostensibly starring all of those…stars.
