Vision is coming to the Marvel movie universe. By way of Jarvis. Whelp. Looks like the whole Jarvis-goes-Vision-somehow-creates Ultron storyline is gaining plausibility.

Don Cheadle is going to be in Avengers: Age of Ultron. He’s playing a “key role” in the flick. Now listen I’m not a genius and I wouldn’t bet (my own) money on this theory. But. This is my idea. I see no better way to have Tony don the armor again than having Ultron kill Rhodey with Stark’s own technology. I mean…right?
FOX signs SIMON KINBERG to serve as the Kevin Fiege of their MARVEL MOVIE UNIVERSE
Television shows have showrunners. Now it seems that the bloated comic book universes that are slowly coming to encompass all of our cinematic pop culture (exaggeration) will all have their own steward. Fiege for Marvel (you could argue Whedon, but Fiege seems eternal), David S. Blowhard for DC, and now Simon Kinberg for Fox’s own Marvel line.

Whedon is like The Wolf of the Marvel Universe or some shit. Can’t get some scenes to pop? Bring in the Wizard. He’ll rub them up with witty repartee, and demand only a kiss on his golden noggin.

This is never going to happen, folks. It ain’t. Joss Whedon runs the Marvel Movie Cinematic Universe Place, Ellen Page is tethered to Fox’s blathering attempt at turning the X-Men franchise into the same thing. But man. Can you imagine this?

James Spader. Don’t really think of him as a huge-movie, comic book motherfucker. But come 2015, all of that is going to change. The actor has signed on to play Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron Robots People. Interesting choice. I mean, I’m sure he’s capable. And wonderful. He’ll rock that dastardly robotic cock-fart excellently. Right? Still though, didn’t see this coming.

This week in Entertainment Weekly J-Whedon opened up (a little bit, duh) about his take on Ultron.

So, wait. Maybe I don’t have to delve into the recent Age of Ultron mega-event-thing that ravaged the Marvel titles on the shelves (unless you folks assure me that it provokes prostate pleasure. Jossy Whedon has gone on record stating that his Avengers sequel of the same exact name won’t be the same exact story.
