Space Swoon: Hubble captures a cannibal galaxy. The cosmos continues to be metal as all fuck!
Here’s some cosmic distraction, friends. The Hubble has captured a cannibal galaxy. The motherfucker NGC 4651 consumed a smaller galaxy, to give birth to the glorious one we see today.
Space Swoon: The Hubble accidentally discovered a new galaxy. No big whoop!
Hubble discovered a galaxy? By accident! Pfft. Sometimes I find a Skittle stuck in my ass cheeks. Can you eat a galaxy? Probably not! Can I eat that Skittle? You fucking bet!
Hit the jump to check out this finding.
Space Swoon: Hubble captures the beauty of the Coma Cluster’s 1,000 galaxies
Check out this goddamn sublime glory. Over 1,000 galaxies. Over 300 million light-years from Earth.
RIDICULOUS: Hubble’s infrared image of the HORSEHEAD NEBULA.
I say goddamn! The Hubble has snapped an image of the rather well-known Horsehead Nebula. However, this picture ain’t like the one you’ve probably seen. This one is even more fucking gorgeous.
HUBBLE spots GALAXY that “shouldn’t exist”…we know nothing.
I’m particularly fond of the stories that contain remarks like “shouldn’t exist” or “defies expectations” or “confuses the shit out of people.” It makes me warm knowing that as much progress we make, we are generally still blind mice milling about in a world of confusion. The Universe is still full of wonder.
