Mark Millar spits about making a cohesive Marvel Universe for Fox Films. Aiiiggghhhttt.
Suppose I’m just dropping Marky Boy these days. How exactly can one create a cohesive Marvel Universe over at Fox when Marvel retains the majority of the film rights? You can’t, really! What you can do is squeeze every ounce of juice out of the titles and characters that you do own. Right?
Matthew Vaughn leaves ‘X-MEN: FIRST CLASS’, Bryan Singer may replace. Well crap.
I don’t like Bryan Singer. I don’t like his X-Men movies. Now the dude may be taking over for Matthew Vaughn, who has probably left X-Men: First Class 2 to direct some Mark Millar shit-bomb. I am unhappy with all of this! All of it!
FOX may/may not be trading GALACTUS to Marvel to retain ‘DAREDEVIL’ rights. Info right hurr.
This is some straight-up wonky shit right here. God knows the news could change by the time this post hits the Omega Level info-wave. Initially it was thought that Fox would hand Galactus over to Marvel in exchange for an extension on their right to make a Daredevil flick. Now that one has gotten impaled upon the shores of truth, but the situation is still just as juicy.
DAN HARMON and FOX working on deal for new comedy. TAKE THAT, DARKEST TIMELINE.
I’m not an asshole, okay? Well, I am. But I know that what made Community special was a coalescing of a variety of things, of which it’ll he hard to replicate. That said, how can I not get stoked that Danny Harmon is working on a new comedy with Fox?
Official: ‘CHRONICLE’ Director Josh Trank Helming ‘FANTASTIC FOUR’ Reboot.
Josh Trank, the geek world turns its eyes to you and asks you to give the world what it has never been given. A respectable Fantastic Four flick.
New ‘PROMETHEUS’ TEASER Has Scant Few New Seconds. Yum!
Prometheus is slowly getting its all did-up for the show, and as these preparations are being carried out new material is being released. It’s getting all grown up and the such! In anticipation for a full trailer reveal on the 17th, Fox has released the obligatory teaser-trailer-for-the-trailer.

Fox Affiliate Condemns DC Comics Relaunch Over Sex, Violence. Where You Folks Been?
A Fox affiliate has come out swinging over the totally tit-sational blood bath universe of DC comic books after its relaunch or something. Well uh, what the fuck. This has been a problem in comic books for….ever. Forever.
Netflix Signs DreamWorks Animation, Amazon Signs Fox For Streaming. Battle On!
Just today I was wondering when the fuck Fringe was going to get up on the Netflix tip so I could finally watch it. Get the discs? Pshaw! I’m lazy. Well it may be going up soon, just on Amazon’s streaming service. Today Amazon and Netflix both announced huge streaming signings.
Pirating Of Fox Shows More Than Doubles After Delaying Hulu Availability.
Last week, Fox changed their fancy licensing voodoo legislation prohibiting non-paying Hulu users from watching new episodes of their shows until eight days after the air date. These much aggrieved users, how’d they react? Motherfuckers pirated. Pirated like you wouldn’t believe.
Fox Stopping 35mm Print Distribution, Going Completely Digital In Hong Kong Next Year.
I remember when the first Star Wars prequel was being filmed, one of the things Fat Lucas blathered on about was the advent of digital film. I’m sure he made some ludicrous statement like it was going to be everywhere in five years or something (this in 1999), and it was one of many promises not kept. Still though, it has proliferated and is becoming more and more prominent. A testament to this is the announcement by Fox that they’re going entirely digital in Hong Kong next year.
