Obvious Report: ‘Fantastic Four 2’ removed from Fox’s release schedule
Go figure — one of the biggest flops of the year, a movie critically panned and awash in bullshit-slung and words-spit, has seen its sequel removed from Fox’s release schedule.
Just give Marvel the rights, Fox.
Rumor: Marvel Studios reclaims ‘Fantastic Four’ movie rights [Updated]
[Update: Or not. Fuck.]
So, Fox announced a couple of X-Men spin-off television show properties yesterday. Okay. Whatever. Read about them here. But what is really interesting is this rumor: in exchange for signing off on these spin-offs, Marvel has been given the Fantastic Four movie rights.
‘Fantastic Four’ comic ending; totally not out of corporate vindictiveness
A summer rumor has become an autumn fact. Fantastic Four is getting cancelled, taking the First Family out of the Marvel Universe. The rumor had it that Marvel was doing so in order to malign Fox, who owns the movie rights over them. And while I imagine The Foursome will return (conveniently after the movie push is over), this is forty-four shades of fucking dumb.
MILES TELLER is in lead for MR. FANTASTIC role in ‘FANTASTIC FOUR.’
Real talk: I don’t know anything about Miles Teller. Do you? Yes? No? Well regardless, if this casting rumors comes to fruition us geeks will be learning a lot about him in the upcoming months.
