Writer Max Landis Talks About ‘CHRONICLE 2’; Josh Tranks Unlike To Direct.

Forgotten under the roar of the box office behemoths galloping up our brain pipe and into our collective consciousness is Chronicle. Forged on a shoestring budget and widely praised, it was the superhero origin tale done with an enjoyable  curve ball. Like all successes in Hollywood, it must be milked until its teats bleed. Writer Max Landis has dropped some tidbits on that the sequel will entail.

‘CHRONICLE’ Director Developing ‘FANTASTIC FOUR’ Reboot. Not…Directing?

Chronicle  was a jointy-jam of a flicky-flick this year. It had everything you need in a movie: enjoyment, fun, special effects. Since seeing the movie I’ve been advocating for everyone involved with it to make oodles of money doing whatever they wanted. Namely movies and pornography. It seems my voiciferious nature has paid off, since the director is now doing Fantastic Four. In some capacity.

Max Landis penned the found-footage superhero flick Chronicle  in something like nine hours. Okay, that’s an exaggeration. But it did it with the quickness and it was pretty hot. Now he’s being given a chance to answer the bell and pen the sequel.

‘Chronicle Director’ Josh Trank In Talks To Do ‘Spider-Man’ Spin-Off ‘VENOM’ Well Then!

Josh Trank was the director behind the found-footage white-washed Akira  flick Chronicle. (Calm down, I’m almost joking.) Now he’s in talks to lead the Amazing Spider-Man  spin-off flick starring Venom.
