Chris Evans returning as Captain America in the MCU. That was quick, but I’ll take it
Chris Evans has gone full Jay-Z, apparently. Announcing his retirement as Captain America, only to return to the MCU quick as fuck. Hey, I’ll take it. As well, I imagine it won’t be hard to write his ass back into continuity with the MCU going full Multiverse
Netflix making blockbuster spy movie starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and directed by the Russo Brothers. Holy *fuck* yes!
How’s this for a big ass Netflix blockbuster! It’s called The Grey Man, and it stars Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans. But wait, there’s more! It’s also being directed by the Russo Brothers. Holy fuck.
Chris Evans pretty much announces he’s done playing Captain America after wrapping ‘Avengers 4’, and I weep so fucking hard
I don’t want Cap to go, man. But, if Chris Evans’ Tweet after finishing Avengers 4 reshoots is any indication, he is indeed.
Chris Evans confirms he’s done with the MCU after ‘Avengers 4’ and I’m fucking disconsolate
We all sort of knew it was coming, right? Chris Evans being done with the MCU. But, now it’s been confirmed in stark relief. The actor himself has confirmed he’s throwing up the deuces to the MCU after Avengers 4 reshoots this year.
Chris Evans Open To Playing Captain America After ‘Avengers: Infinity War’
Will Chris Evans play Captain America after Avengers: Infinity War and its sequel? Well, his contract is up. Well, who knows if his character will live through the movies. Well, despite those two factors, the actor said he’s open to it.
Chris Evans Ready To Be Done With Captain America After ‘Avengers: Infinity War’
Chris Evans is in the middle of a fucking year-long grind of a movie shoot for Avengers: Infinity War and its sequel. So, I don’t blame the guy for being ready to slough off the mantle of Cap, after fulfilling his contract with these two movies. He’s tired, I’m tired for him. And plus, I mean, it’s time for Bucky to wield the shield at least for a bit. Right? Right! Right?
‘Captain America: Civil War’ Clip: Rogers’ New Avengers seemingly Avenge Well
I actually didn’t watch this clip. ‘Cause like my excitement for this movie is peaking, and I’m beginning to drawback from watching all the unfurling Hype-Banner-Motion-Pictures. I imagine it’s very tasty, though.
Rumor: Captain America and Iron Man in the next ‘Spider-Man’ movie
Lost in all the fapping over and critiquing of last week’s Civil War trailer was this: there wasn’t any Spider-Kid in the trailer. Which is sort of dope, ’cause it means they’re saving him. For when? Who knows! But he will be in the movie, as part of the glorious Shared Universe. And it gets better! Not only is Spidey appearing in a Cap movie, but Cap and Iron Man will also be appearing in his.
Chris Evans says he’ll play Captain America for as long as Marvel wants
Appreciative babe is appreciative. I’m one to often understand an actor’s fatigue at playing a certain role, even if it means I accept their pending departure. However, there are also actors who seem openly derisive of the role that established them, only to look back fondly later on and realize how good they had it. (I’m staring you right in the fucking eyes, Fox Mulder.) So it’s pretty refreshing to see Chris Evans not only aware of how special his role in the MCU is, but also be willing to ride or die as Steve Rogers for as long as Marvel wants him.
‘Captain Ameirca: Civil War’ Set Photos: Crossbones and Cap throwin’ down
I’m a bit more cavalier about covering Captain America: Civil War set-photos that I am other properties. For some reason I don’t approach spoilers in adaptations of known comic book stories with the same reservation as I do other properties. For better or worse. So yeah, I’m digging these set-photos. And I’m sweating this flick.
