It’s been rumored, it’s been spoken about in hushed and sometimes horrified whispers, now it’s looking really-real. There’s a new Blade Runner film coming, and it’s been spearheaded by Papa Blade Runner himself.

Welcome back to MONDAY MORNING COMMUTE! By the time you read this, you’ll most likely have completed your first day of the workweek and will be primed for some solid entertainment. But not if you work the graveyard shift. Which is a bummer, unless you actually work at the graveyard, `cause then you get to meet zombies and mad scientists and packs of goth kids playing Ouija!

Sean Young’s Polaroid Collection From ‘Blade Runner’ Set Makes Me Replicate In My Pants.
For a couple of weeks I’d been seeing pictures of Sean Young and Han Solo in eerily MySpace-esque pictures. I kept wondering where the fuck they were, amid shock that in fact even the coolest of people have been making the douchiest of faces in pictures for like thirty years or so. Now I know the origin! Hot ass, crazy-as-fuck Sean Young has posted a Polaroid album online from the set of Blade Runner. It’s fucking awesome.

Duncan Jones’ ‘Mute’ Script To Become Graphic Novel.
I want Duncan Jones’ fucking Mute. Described as a Blade Runner homage, it promises to milk my cyberpunk prostrate. There will be spurt. Artwork for it leaked over a year ago, and since then there hasn’t been much about it. We now know that while it won’t be his next movie, it is getting the graphic novel treatment.
Let’s Talk About This Blade Runner Kipple
The topic on the end of every nerd’s forked tongue last week was the announcement that Warner Bros.-based Alcon Entertainment is in final negotiations to acquire the holy grail of film properties: Blade Runner. The announcement was followed by a collective gasp in the blogosphere – with our own Caffeine Powered delivering his own expletive-ridden tirade. Reactions have been pretty much split down the middle of anger and joy. As a devout Blade Runner fan and collector, my first reaction was, naturally, skepticism and disbelief. But it’s been a few days and I’ve had some time to meditate and brood (mostly brood) on this. So let’s chill for a moment and talk about this like adults.
