I’m not saying the only reason I would have watched The Voice is to see one of the mechanical chairs malfunction, catch fire, and morph into a cyborg that gnash Adam Levine into muck and bone marrow, but that’s the only reason I would have watched it. So while I generally loathe Adam Levine and Maroon 5, I can get behind this parody.

I’ve decided to create a new occasional column, and you can figure out the concept behind it from the header above. From time to time on OL and assuredly on other sites as well, some dedicated and emotionally unstable reader (describing 99% of the internet) will lambast either the poster or a commenter. What makes it so amazing is that they’re generally so seething with hate, and they’re so fucking old. Someone dragged the waters of the Internet to find the post, and then smashed the keyboard with vituperation.

Review: Batman Arkham City
Icarus, Jesus, Rocksteady Games. What do these three entities have in common. It’s not an affinity for sandals, or a desire to get closer to God, no: they are all victims of their own success. If I was in charge of Rocksteady Games I would have packed it in right after Arkham Asylum because crappy boss fights aside, that game was pure perfection.
