‘Control’ DLC teases ‘Alan Wake’ crossover. I’m so fucking horny for this!
Alan Wake is an all-time favorite game of mine. I’ve pined for a sequel for years! Oh, for years. Meanwhile, Control is one of my favorite games of this generation. So, sweet Jesus, Remedy is going to have their two franchises collide? I’m losing my cool.
‘Alan Wake’ publishing rights regained by publisher Remedy Entertainment. Give me a fucking sequel, NOW!
Man, I fucking love cult classic Alan Wake from Remedy Entertainment. But, for years the publishing rights have been held by Microsoft, who seemed deeply not interested in a sequel. However, Remedy got them shits back! So, maybe the sequel is finally coming.
Remedy (creators of ‘Alan Wake’) announced their next jam ‘Control’ will drop on August 27
It ain’t the sequel to Alan Wake that I so, so, so fucking desperately want. But, Remedy has announced that their next game Control is dropping this August, and I’m stoked.
Remedy Is Announcing New Game Soon. Please, New ‘Alan Wake’
Remedy is about to announced a new game, according to their Lead Czar. If there is any justice (for me, selfish me!), it’ll be a proper sequel to Alan Wake. #MakeAlanWakeAgain. I know, I know, I know they’ve said it isn’t going to be Alan Wake 2. Whatever. Whatever!
‘Alan Wake’s Return’ has been trademarked by Remedy Entertainment
Man. This is so good (for me) because Alan Wake was amazing (for me). And while Quantum Break looks so fucking dumb (to me), I’m stoked that it appears they’re following it up at some point (maybe, to me) with a new Alan Wake game. Oh what a day, what a lovely day (for me). Or, it’s just a cover-your-ass trademark registration, or prank, which would be devastating (for me).
‘Alan Wake’ may be ported to XB1. Sequel may happen, maybe on PS4
Alan Wake was bomb.com. Unfortunately, not enough people thought so. And it sold like shit. Sold like shit to the point that even though Remedy pitched a sequel to various developers, they were all like no. But maybe it’ll happen! Just like an Alan Wake port to the XB1.
‘ALAN WAKE’ Developers Hiring For Next-Gen Project. Video Game-Lit Swoon!
I love me some Alan Wake. Due to this love, I was pretty excited when the XBLA joint Alan Wake: American Nightmare dropped last month. It wasn’t a full-on sequel, but it appeased the glands. The juicy Wake glands. Temporarily. Now that there’s news that the developers behind this series are hiring for some next-gen shiz, I’m the excite. Could it be? A real sequel?
‘Alan Wake’ For The PC Recoups Dev and Marketing Costs In Two Days. Hell Yeah.
I love me some Alan Wake, and I’m terribly stoked that new content is dropping tomorrow on Xbox Live in the form of Alan Wake: American Nightmare. However, what I really, really, really fucking want is a proper sequel. I don’t know if we’ll get one, but Wake’s reception on the PC could be helping my cause.
Trailer: Alan Wake’s ‘American Nightmare’ Is Groovy Horror Awesome.
Last week I beat Alan Wake and all of its DLC. Fucking love it. Thankfully for me, new Wakeness drops next week in the form of new-content-but-not-a-sequel on XBLA. Remedy has released a trailer for it, and well. It’s fucking awesome. I know a lot of my friends didn’t care for Sir Alan, but I have a feeling if they knuckled through the first average hour or so, they’d embrace its inner Silent Hill meets Eternal Darkness meets the video game equivalent of awesome novel House of Leaves-ness.
(It’s one of my favorites of this generation now. I’m done proselytizing.)
