Sylvester Stallone is releasing a Rocky IV Director’s Cut for no good reason. Fuck, maybe he’s bored in quarantine, too. However, due is cutting the goddamn robot! Unreal. If he’s going to go that far, he should cut Paulie. Dude is nothing but a freeloading piece of shit, just bitching, not being grateful at all. Fuck Paulie.

Chadwick Boseman has passed away at the age of 43, and man this is a hard one for a lot of people. I know, because I got like thirty text messages last night letting me know the news. Dude was an absolute force in life, though, and won’t be forgotten. Giving countless kids a superhero that looks like them, not to mention pumping out an insane amount of work while fighting the colon cancer that would eventually take his life.
Blumhouse is rebooting ‘The Thing’ and even with John Carpenter involved goddamn I hate this
You know. I almost didn’t want to post about Blumhouse rebooting The Thing with John Carpenter. For to post about it, is to make it real. But here we fucking are! Logically, I know nothing can take anything away from Carpenter’s The Thing. It’s one of my favorite movies of all time, and it will stay that way. Illogically? Man, I just fucking hate this.
‘Wonder Woman 1984’ Trailer: Generic action beats, but at least Cheetah looks exceptionally bad!
The Wonder Woman 1984 trailer from DC FanDome is generic as fuck. Just a handful of generic action beats, with generic villain dialogue. However, it at least pops in one way. Admittedly, a bad way. Cheetah looks fucking horrible. That said, I’m looking forward to this movie. I dig the 80s, I enjoyed the original movie, and I’m horny for any sort of moviegoing experience right now.

Firewatch is a goddamn little treasure of a game. And, it’s definitely a perfect target for a movie adaptation. However, will it be good? Who the fuck knows. We may find out, though!

R.L. Stine’s known for Goosebumps. Understandably. But, dude also had his Fear Street series. It catered to a bit older crowd, and definitely was a bit more gory. I fucked with it, and now I’m going to get to enjoy a Netflix trilogy based off of it.

Clive Barker is undeniably the fucking best, dudes. And so it is with a stellar, promising boner that I convey this news. His six-volume series of short horror stories is being adapted into a movie for Hulu. Wait, it gets better! Motherfucker is arriving October 7.
Horror movie ‘Antebellum’ skipping theaters and hitting VOD in September. Equal parts sucky and rad, no?
Antebellum is skipping theaters, folks! Yup, the horror movie is hitting VOD on September 18. I’ll level wit ya. I can’t help but feel bad for those involved with movies seeing their theater releases getting nixed for VOD. At the same time? I’m fucking stoked I get to see a movie like Antebellum, which I’ve been sweating.
