‘Pacific Rim: Uprising’ Trailer: The Apocalypse Is Replaced With The Power Rangers
Man, not fucking feeling this trailer at all, dude. The palette is a vomitorium of bombastically bright hues. John Boyega’s cheap Idris Elba impression falls flat. The designs of the mechs suck. Entire thing feels like Power Rangers, but with kaiju or some shit. I don’t know. I hope I’m wrong.

The Rock and Jason Statham were the stars of the previous Furious movie, a fact not lost on Vin Diesel. In fact, you could his fucking chapped ass from space. Anyways. The duo are getting a goddamn spin-off movie, and Shane fucking Black may be directing. This is so fucking perfect, my dudes.

‘Blade Runner 2049’ Final Trailer: Here’s Some Plot Points If Ya Need ‘Em
I’m not watching this final trailer for Blade Runner 2049. It, according to the EchoChamber, contains some plot points perhaps used to lure in people still on the fence. Not this guy, not applicable, no way. I already bought my tickets, *and* I want to know fucking nothing going in.
DC moving away from “shared” Marvel-style movie universe. This is actually a pretty good fucking idea.
Apparently, DC and Warner Bros. are distancing themselves from the idea of a shared movie universe for the DC movies. Honestly, this is actually a great fucking idea. As much as I love the MCU, and boy do I love it, I also love the idea of giving directors more control in bringing “their” idea of a comic book character to the screen. Like, imagine a world with an Edgar Wright directed Ant-Man, you know? Not having to sync everything up, or shoehorn in a fucking Infinity Stone, or some shit.
Michelle Williams has joined Tom Hardy in that ‘Venom’ movie that is still happening
Snark aside, I’m pretty excited for the Venom flick. Terms like “Cronenberg” and “Body Horror” have been bandied about, and, fuck, Tom Hardy. With Michelle Williams joining the cast, my quietly simmering excitement continues to build.
