Rob Liefeld’s Extreme Universe is coming to Netflix. Why not, right?
Rob Liefeld is my favorite comic book golden retriever. Infinitely derpy, infinitely excitable, seems to really mean well. While I didn’t really fuck with his work under his Extreme label, creators such as Brandon Graham and Alan Moore did bring some legit work to the universe. So with that said, sure, let’s see what Liefeld and Netflix can conjure up.

It sounds an awful lot like Fox is trying to get as many Marvel projects off the ground, all the while selling their Marvel properties to Marvel Studios. I don’t know why they’re doing this, but I do imagine that not many of them (if any) are actually going to see the light of day, once Marvel Studios finishes acquiring said properties. But! Brian K. Vaughan is pretty cool.

Jordan Peele will be filming his follow-up to Get Out later this year, and I’m ready. I loved the fuck out of the aforementioned film, and I’m stoked to see what the dude brings for his next effort.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but Joss Whedon being attached to a property just doesn’t get my nuts glistening anymore. If it ever did, honestly. Never been a big Whedonite, but I’d be negligent if I didn’t acknowledge that I was excited when he was named the director of the Avengers flicks. So, I’m not particularly torn-up about him dropping out of the Batgirl movie. You?

Maybe it’s a hot take, but Robert Pattinson can 1000% act when he isn’t in a fucking Twilight movie. And, obviously, Willem Dafoe is Willem Dafoe. So, I’m goddamn stoked to see what Robert Eggers got in store for them.
