‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ confirms the return of Colin Firth
This is how the Kingsman confirms. Not with a press release, but an Instagram. Colin Forth’s presence in the sequel has been long rumored, and sort of assumed. Now we got visual confirmation that dude is on set. In the duds.
‘Wonder Woman’ movie co-written by Geoff Johns; based on Zack Snyder story. Oh (dear).
Geoff Johns co-wrote the Wonder Woman movie. I do not like Johns. But anything is up from Batman v Superman, right? Oh wait, Zack Snyder is responsible for the story? Geoff Johns. And Zack Snyder. With Allan Heinberg co-writing? I don’t know, man. I don’t know.
‘The Flash’ movie eyes Kiersey Clemons for lead female role
Kiersey Clemons was awesome in Dope. Rick Famuyiwa directed Dope. He is also directing The Flash, which is aiming to cast its female lead (perchance, Iris West). Kiersey Clemons is up for this role. Please let Clemons get this role, reteam with Famuyiwa, and make this movie dope.
James Gunn says “new technology” will prevent ‘Guardians 2’ footage from leaking at SDCC
James Gunn must have read my blog post last week. You know, me. Czar of the Internet. IdiotCaptain of the Fools Brigade. ‘Cause dude was like, “the GoTG 2 footage being shown at SDCC won’t be seen by the public for a while” to which I responded “haha yeah okay.” While now this week bro is promising “new technology” to prevent leakage. A footage-convention diaper, if you will. To this I say: good luck.
‘Suicide Squad’ International Trailer: I’m Known To Be Quite Vexing
Yeah, everything in these trailers continues to sell me on Suicide Squad. Which means, as someone so pessimistic about the DCU, that I should prepare myself for gloom and disappointment.
‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ footage coming to SDCC; it “won’t” go up online
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is dropping some new footage at this year’s SDCC. Don’t get too excited, fellow plebs not attending the convention. The footage won’t be going online. ‘Cause the VFX are always early in these SDCC previews. That’s what James Gunn says. Anyone who has frequented Daily Motion or Tumblr or Anything Else after a SDCC preview knows that the footage? Probably going up online.
‘Pacific Rim 2’ has a release date! Dropping Feb. 23, 2018
Pacific Rim 2 is really coming, folks. It’s really coming! And it’s got itself a date, to boot.
‘Wreck-It Ralph 2’ announced; dropping March 9th, 2018. First image released, too!
I sort of expected a Wreck-It Ralph 2, given that the initial movie made roughly one-zillion dollars. And now my brilliant, genius-level intuition has been confirmed.
