Paul Dini Joins ‘Harley Quinn’ Creative Team
Paul Dini is joining the creative team for Harley Quinn, starting in April. The genius behind the fan favorite will be writing an ongoing back-up story.
Paul Dini, one of the guiding forces behind seminal DC Comics cartoon “Batman: The Animated Series” and co-creator of Harley Quinn, one of the most popular characters in all of comics, will be writing the popular anti-hero in 2017.
Revealed in an advance look at DC Comics’ April solicitations at Comics Alliance, Dini joins the creative team of “Harley Quinn” with Issue #17. He’ll be co-writing an ongoing back-up story with Jimmy Palmiotti that will dig into her early days as the Joker’s devoted girlfriend, with art by Bret Blevins.
Check out Amanda Conner’s cover art — which indicates that the back-up stories will feature Harley in her traditional jester outfit — and the issue’s full solicitation below.
