Netflix borrowed a few pages from The Legend of Korra to make Voltron: Legendary Defender an impressive success for the streaming network, and Season 2 looks to be building on that well. There’s new heroes, new villains and new worlds in the first official trailer for Season 2, ahead of a January premiere.
Entertainment Weekly released a full trailer for the animated remake’s second season, which drops in its entirety on Friday, January 20. Along the way, executive producers Joaquim Dos Santos and Lauren Montgomery offered some extensive teases, including the Voltron gang’s increased notoriety throughout the universe, which will prove good and bad news in terms of new characters.
