Fox’s Deadpool famously gave a nod to another fourth wall-breaking hero with a post-credits scene in which a bathrobe-clad Merc With a Mouth tells the audience “It’s over. Go home.” Now, however, the Wade Wilson/Ferris Bueller connection has been taken several steps further with “Deadpool’s Day Off.”
Created by Darth Blender, the video is a hilariously perfect mashup of — you guessed it! — Deadpool and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, with Deadpool as Ferris, Negasonic Teenage Warhead as Sloane and Colossus as Cameron.
