THE ROCK further teases he’ll play GREEN LANTERN
What is in a hashtag, bros? Brodettes? I ask you. ‘Cause either The Rock is rubbing us gently against the tip of his Green Lantern, or he is trolling the living shit out of us. In an Instagram picture filled with many other words, the hashtag at the end was worth like, a zillion more. Huh?
After plenty of speculation it looks as though Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson may have already teased his appearance as the Green Lantern.
The 41-year-old wrestler-turned-actor has been rumoured for a part in the upcoming ‘Batman vs. Superman’ for some time – most speculating that he could be up for the role of the Green Lantern (aka John Stewart). And while that’s quickly become a fan-favourite, it seems the man himself may have already teased an appearance as DC’s Green Lantern some months ago.
In a rather innocent Instagram image, The Rock is pictured alongside friend and producer Hiram Garcia… but the picture isn’t quite as important as the hashtags that go along with it.

Now, this is far from a confirmation that The Rock will be playing the Green Lantern… but it certainly hints towards it. And that tallies with a lot of the rumours we’ve been seeing over the last few months.
