Arnold confirms he is doing ‘TERMINATOR 5’, no one is really surprised.

Of course Arnold is doing Terminator 5. What the fuck else is the guy going to do? The Last Stand bombed. He doesn’t have a state to govern. His only claim to relevancy is a franchise that was awesome 22 years ago, and is nothing more than a relic to most of the kinds graduating high school. Arnold needs Terminator 5.

Earlier this month it was announced that Terminator 5 is happening and already has screenwriters. And today, at the London junket for The Last Stand, even BIGGER news was announced.

Bleeding Cool is reporting that Mr. Terminator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has announced that he will be in the next Terminator movie. The actor allegedly stated that he’s slated for Terminator 5, along with Triplets and a Conan picture. With the recent shift in producers we can only hope this information is still accurate, and that Arnold Schwarzenegger will appear not as a CG cyborg, but as a real being. If we had to guess, he’ll play the aging model for the T-800. But who was the man that became the monster? At any rate, let’s just hope it’s not as bad as Terminator: Salvation.
